Maintaining and providing enhancement to a Client’s flagship application suite, integrated using IBM MQ. Worked on providing major optimizations to client’s existing Maximo system.

• Developed major features for client’s Asset Management System and undertook crucial design decision to optimize existing workflows.
• Optimized database queries and indexing strategies, reducing response times by almost 50%
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and within scope
• Provide upto L3 level of support across multiple different levels of services
• Worked in multiple engagements and projects, namely Major overhaul and upgrade of the Integration service

January 2024 - March 2025

Joined as a graduate hire and worked on IBM’s proprietary EAM software, Maximo 7.6.x. Was engaged in delivering Asset Management Solutions to ANZ’s one of the leading Integrated Transport Service.

• Provided L1 / L2 level of support towards third party services on standalone servers
• Developed minor feature releases for client’s existing Asset Management System
• Fixed bugs and implemented custom enhancement requests based on user requests and client deliverables
